Active Session History for PostgreSQL. Samples pgstatactivity once per second via pgcron, stores encoded snapshots, and provides 32 SQL functions for wait event analysis. Pure SQL, no extensions, works on managed providers (RDS, Cloud SQL, Supabase, etc.).
